A: Yes, we can provide samples for quality testing. Customers need to bear the sample cost and shipping fee. Sample cost will be refunded when you place formal bulk orders.
Which payment terms do you accept?
A: We support T/T, L/C. Common terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
What is the difference between soft-seal and hard-seal butterfly valves?
A: Soft-seal butterfly valves provide bubble-tight sealing, suitable for normal temperature clean medium like water and air. Hard-seal butterfly valves adopt metal sealing, which can withstand high temperature, high pressure and abrasive media such as steam and slurry.
